Hi, I'm Meghan

Meghan Banks

Meghan Banks, M.Ed. is an operations and strategy leader who builds the systems that let ambitious organizations execute. She started teaching in a public school classroom in Lawrence, Massachusetts, managed competitive STEM internship programs at Children's Hospital Los Angeles, and most recently served as Chief of Staff at a leading EdTech company, leading operations work across seven countries. She also consults on generative AI quality for a leading AI lab, evaluating and improving how frontier models handle real-world expert work.

Her approach is simple: figure out how work really gets done, fix what's slowing people down, and cut the steps nobody needs. More and more, that includes AI, used where it saves a team real hours and skipped where it doesn't.

She works remotely with teams anywhere, whether that's a focused advisory project or a longer-term role inside the leadership team.
